Altar Guild
Altar Guild duties include setting up for Communion, light cleaning of the altar area, decorating the altar for Christmas and Easter, as well as preparing for Sunday worship services. No special skills are required, just a willingness to learn and help out wherever and whenever it is necessary. Each member is asked to give approximately 45 minutes to an hour, for at least one Saturday morning a month. Members find reward and meaning in this special time which enables them to be more in touch with their faith and to be at one with God while preparing His house for Communion, which brings us all together as one with Christ.

Breakfast Commitee
An All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast for All Saints’ parishioners is prepared and served by the Breakfast Committee four times a year, with an average of 70 meals served at each. Breakfast is served from 8:30 until 9:45 a.m., providing an opportunity for attendees to share a time of fellowship, while enjoying a hot, hearty meal. A modest fee is charged, with collected funds used to purchase “groceries” for the next scheduled breakfast. The committee strives to serve a varied menu at each of the meals. “Sweet Treats” are freshly baked by committee members. As part of our Children and Youth Sunday Celebration, the committee also prepares a Brunch, which is served at no charge. The average attendance for the brunch is 100 persons.

Episcopal Church Women
Episcopal Church Women (ECW) is part of the national Church’s work of women which includes mission, ministry, advocacy and the administration of the United Thank Officering (UTO). All women of All Saints’ are considered members of the ECW although the structure is limited to a president, treasurer and UTO coordinator. The women are involved in all aspects of the church: vestry, church school, worship, bazaar, thrift shop, choir, etc. Only one meeting of the ECW is held annually to approve disbursement of mission money for that year. Other activities include an annual Lenten soup sale and knitting scarves for merchant seamen, coordinated by the Seamen’s Church Institute. New ideas are always welcome.

Memorial Garden
In an effort to meet the needs of many people at All Saints', consecrated ground has been set aside, in the form of a Memorial Garden, for the interment of cremated remains of deceased parishioners. The garden is located on the northeast side of the Church. It has been landscaped and accessorized to serve as a place of rest, peace and meditation and those desiring cremation will find it provides a proper and dignified resting place. A single space may be reserved for a fee of $250 and those who wish to reserve places may complete an application form available from the Church office. Arrangement for cremation should be made with the funeral director.
