The Second Time Around Shop, which offers reasonably-priced clothing, household linens, paperback books, jewelry, yarn, collectibles, kitchen items and videos to parishioners and the community, is in its 35th season and running smoothly. Donations come in from customers, parishioners and friends. Items are tested where necessary, sorted and priced. Additional racks are placed in the hall during shop hours which are Mondays, 10 a.m. to noon, and Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The shop closes in mid-June and re-opens in mid-September. Staff members are volunteers from the church. Proceeds from the shop are donated to the general fund budget of the church.
