Mr. Phillip J. Shade

Phillip Shade is the Organist/Choirmaster at All Saint’s, Norristown. He came to All Saints’ in 2005, having previously served as the Organist/Choirmaster of Saint Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Glenmoore, PA for 8 years. He has also served Presbyterian, UCC, Baptist and Methodist parishes in the greater Philadelphia area since 1981. Phil is a native of Kentucky and was raised in York, PA where he began piano studies at the age of 7. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University, with degrees in Church Music and Bible. He has had additional studies in organ and is a member of the American Guild of Organists (AGO) where he has served on the Executive Council of the Chapter as well as the Chapter’s Program Committee. He is also a member of the Association of Anglican Musicians.

Mrs. Donna Longobardi

Donna Longobardi, a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Limerick, has worked at All Saints' since February, 1999. She began as administrative assistant and then became parish and financial secretary. She also served as administrative coordinator for the outreach ministry of All Saints' West End Computer Lab. She previously served as secretary at her home parish. Married with two children, Donna lives nearby in West Norriton.

Mr. Ernie Paravati
	Ernie Paravati has served as All Saints' sexton since May, 2007. A part-time employee, he works approximately 12 hours weekly cleaning the church and parish house, as well as assisting the Grounds Committee with yard work. Ernie, a single parent with two children, lives in the Collegeville area.
